If you follow us on Instagram you'll know that we often run sales over on our stories. We offer up some insane discounts, last chance items, one-off stock room finds, and even pre-launch purchases in these sales so they're always worth scrolling through!

HOW TO BUY

1. Create a Dixi account here and ensure a shipping address is saved to your account. We pull your address from this account information when we create an invoice for you, so it needs to be correct.

2. Click through into our stories. We usually give a little bit of notice and a countdown before posting story sales.

3. Check all the details provided on the product slide to ensure that it is suitable. Everything sold in our story sale is FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

4. Add your Dixi account email address into the question box on the item. Your Dixi account email address is the one you use to log in to your Dixi account. Ensure that the shipping address in your account is correct by logging in.

5. We will email you a link to a personalised checkout (see below screenshot). This will come from our customerservice@shopdixi.com email address. Click through the 'Complete your purchase' button.

6. You'll be linked to a secure cart on our website where you can check out in the usual way. We'll only ever ask you to make payment via our website - NEVER directly through PayPal or any other third party sites.
Please ensure all your information is up to date and complete and let us know BEFORE submitting payment if adjustments need to be made!

7. You will usually have 30 minutes to check out. If someone is behind you in the queue it will then be offered to them. These sales take a lot of work for us to prepare and run, so if you regularly claim an item and don't check out, we reserve the right to refuse any and all future purchases.

SHIPPING COSTS

We operate these sales on a first come first served basis. You need to check out ASAP to ensure you get the item you want! If you don't recieve an invoice / DM from us, the item has been taken. We cannot hold or raincheck any story sale offers.
