How to Open & Close Your Charm Jump Ring

If you'd like to move your charm, always treat its sterling silver jump ring gently.

Rather than pulling the two ends of the ring directly apart, carefully twist the sides away from one another to create a small opening. Once your charm is in place, reverse the movement so the two ends meet neatly again.

Sterling silver is a precious metal and repeatedly bending a jump ring too far can weaken it, so only open it as much as you need to.
