This series tells the story of a sailor who once lost his beloved to the sea.

Swept up in a crashing wave of devotion and sorrow, he decides he will not rest until she is found. He chooses a life drifting with the currents, sailing beyond his mortal existence into the next life, unable to rest in peace until he finds her, somewhere, out there, calling to him across the tide.
