It's been a hectic few days, but we’re thrilled to let you know that our USA shipping service is up and running again. 

Just in time for those autumn restocks and all the newness you’ve been waiting for! 

In case you missed it, we had to pause shipping to the USA due to recent tariff changes. But now we’re all set and ready to send your parcels with zero hassle for you. Your parcels will now be delivered using Royal Mail PDDP Service. 

To make things as smooth as possible, we’re covering the 10% tariff rates, so you won’t be charged anything extra when your parcel arrives. The only change you’ll notice is a small 50p surcharge from Royal Mail for this new shipping service, which has already been added to your shipping cost. That’s it!

This is a new service we’re using, so to be transparent, we will need to keep an eye on shipping costs. We hope that we won't need to make any further changes, but we will keep you updated if anything does change. We’re always committed to keeping things as simple and affordable as possible for you!

What’s the Royal Mail PDDP Service?
This is a “Delivered Duty Paid” service, meaning all duties and taxes are paid in advance, so there are no extra charges for you when the parcel arrives. We handle it all for a smooth delivery straight to your door. 😊

UPDATE 01/11/2026

After monitoring our new shipments to the USA, all returns from the United States will now incur a 10% return fee.

Here’s why: Shop Dixi has been covering the cost of U.S. import tariffs on your behalf, instead of passing these fees on to you at checkout. Unfortunately, these charges can’t be reclaimed when an order is returned, and as a small independent business, we’re unable to absorb this full loss.

To keep things fair and continue covering this cost upfront for our U.S. customers, the tariff amount (10%) will now be deducted from refunds, or payable before an exchange is processed.

We really appreciate your understanding and continued support — this small change helps us keep our prices fair and allows us to pay the tariff amount on behalf of our US customers.
