HOW TO CLAIM

1. Add your Sleeping Shadow Tail Ring to your cart.
We strongly recommend double and triple checking your size is right,
as we cannot guarantee another size will be available
if you need to exchange.

2. If you want to add anything else to your order, do that now.

3. Everything you want been added to your cart?
On the top right of our website, click on 'Cart'.

4. Free gift options will show above the cart - just tap 'Add to Cart'.
Free gifts are divided into UK only and Outside UK only.
Please make sure you select the correct one for you.
If you are trying to checkout with the item not meant for your country,
then it will error. Don't risk your size selling out by doing this! 

Also, if you are in the UK, the same applies. Please don't select the
International option as it reduces availability for our
International Family.

5. Now you can checkout as normal.

*An additional £2.50 for UK / £1 outside UK P&P charge will be applicable

Sleeping Shadow Tail Ring MUST be in your cart for the free gift to be available.
Free gift is not available on existing orders, INCLUDING pre-orders.
If you return your Sleeping Shadow Tail Ring for refund or store credit,
you'll need to return your free gift too - in full, unopened,
and in its original packaging.
Free gifts are subject to availability. No cash value. Please note that an additional P&P charge will be added to your order to cover postage of free gifts.
