RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If you need to return a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at customerservice@shopdixi.com for returns help.
Your order number is the 6 digit number than can be found in your order confirmation email or at the top of your invoice.
- Please wait for your request to be approved before returning your items.
- Returns are approved within 1 working day - please check the returns portal or your spam folder if you haven't received an approval email.
- When returning your item, please reuse the postage box provided or a suitable corrugated cardboard box to avoid damage during transit. It is your responsibility to ensure that you package the returned goods adequately so that it arrives back to us safe and undamaged. We cannot reimburse you for items that are returned to us damaged in transit.
- Where applicable, please state the size/item you are requesting for an exchange.
- We strongly recommend return via a tracked service (unless advised by us otherwise).
- Return postage & any fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.
