At present we can only ship one day per week due to this website being run as a hobby. Therefore for every order [not including pre orders, please see below for full pre order details] please allow 7days for it's arrival.

The time frame for Pre Order items is around 21days for the item to reach you, this time frame can vary but you will be contacted in any case of delay.

Postage pricing is kept to a minimum for our customers, therefore we use standard Royal Mail / Airmail. Due to this shipping method we can not provide tracking of the parcel and hold no responsibility for items when in Royal Mails hands. If you wish for a recorded shipping method please contact dixicontact@gmail.com and we will invoice you the total amount for shipping.

Measurements:
Please read measurement guidelines carefully as we do not refund items.
All measurements are taken whilst the garment is laid flat straight across. Please double the bust, waist and hip measurements.
Clothing measurements:
- Shoulders: Shoulder seam across to shoulder seam.
- Bust: Armpit to armpit.
- Waist: Measurement taken from the smallest part of the waist straight across garment.
- Hip: Measurement taken from the largest part of the hip straight across garment.
- Sleeves: Taken from shoulder seam to the cuff of the garment.
- Length of garment: Taken from shoulder to hem.

Dixi reserves the right at anytime to cancel any orders made due to insufficient stock or any other nature of circumstances we see fit; including incorrect item pricing, a receipt for payment does not constitute a contract between the buyer and Dixi. Your credit card will be refunded with the correct amount that was charged initially in these circumstances.
Please note that due to our web store not having an inventory system we have to change out of stock items manually, therefore an item may state in stock where it is actually out of stock, if you place an order of an item under these circumstances, you will be refunded the full amount.
